What I like to call a quilted wood bowl, with a lid. This bowl measures 4 3/4" across, and 3 3/4" high. It is made of solid wild black cherry. With a band of birds eye Maple veneer around the outside. From the outside this bowl looks like any other bowl. Once opened, you see the true work that has gone into making this bowl so unique. No other bowl like it exist, this is truly a one of a kind. | |

Shown here is the top view of the bowl. and lid. Here you can see the quilted pattern inside the bowl. This is not a veneer pattern, it is made up of 48 pieces of wood, with precisely cut angles, and glued to make this unique pattern. |
